Question 1

How much does e-waste pickup cost in Sydney?

Accepted Answer

Prices start from $65, which includes pickup and your first 10 small items. Additional items are charged per unit: small items like laptops and phones cost $5 each, medium items like monitors and printers cost $10 each, and large items like servers cost from $35 each. Cables and accessories are charged per bag or box — small bags at $5 each, or medium archive boxes at $15 each.

Question 2

Do you charge per item or per job?

Accepted Answer

We charge a $65 pickup fee plus per-item pricing for additional items beyond the first 10 small items. This ensures fair pricing whether you have one item or an entire office full of electronics to dispose of.

Question 3

Why are cables charged by volume?

Accepted Answer

Cables and accessories vary greatly in size, weight, and quantity. Rather than counting each individual cable, we charge by quantity and volume — a small bag ($5 each) or a medium archive box ($15 each). This ensures fair and accurate pricing for both you and our recycling process.

Question 4

What items are not accepted?
